  • Jordan Oneil Wright, age 27, of Emerald Hill in Forest City, was arrested for failure to stop for light and siren, driving while license revoked and resisting arrest. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Andrew Thomas Leighty, age 40, of Nelon Rd. in Mill Spring, was served with a criminal summons for worthless checks. No bond.
  • Tyler Ray Bolick, age 22, of Race Path Church Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Shalone Kamari Davis, age 38, of Riverhills Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for DWI, possession of concealed weapons and safe movement violation. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Joseph Kevin Crump, age 42, of Burnage Hall in Forest City, was arrested for attempt to purchase a firearm by a person subject to domestic violence order. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
  • Jonathan Michael Flynn, age 21, of Beams Mill Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Jerry Lee Jimerson, age 49, of New Hope Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of cocaine, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $5,000 secured bond.

  • Laquinton Obryan Foster, age 28, of Poors Ford Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for identity fraud and also served with a warrant for communicating threats. He received a $5,500 secured bond.
  • Troy Ammon Herman Wright, age 31, of Reid St, in Forest City, was arrested for shoplifting and resisting arrest. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
  • Jennifer Nicole Baynard, age 31, of Cantrell Farm Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Ezekiel Lee Suber, age 19, of Hill St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons. No bond.
