Arrests
  • Kevin Moore, age 45, of Old US 74 Hwy in Bostic, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Heather Michelle Chandler, age 29, of Drake Circle in Mooresboro, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, larceny and simple assault. She received a $3,000 secured bond.
  • Harley Danielle Braun, age 22, of Cedar St. in Spindale, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • James Hubert Luckadoo, age 37, of Cedar Creek Dr. in Lake Lure, was arrested for a concealed weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, altering a license plate and stop light violation. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
  • Darius Lee Carson, age 32, of Piney Knob Rd in Gilkey, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $4,000 secured bond.
  • Amanda Ann Smith, wag 37, of Eastview Dr. in Bostic, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and two counts of larceny. She received a $6,000 secured bond.
  • Shawn Hicks Beaver, age 35, of Seitz Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture, sell and/or deliver schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Brittany Nicole Gettys, age 27, of Third St. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing. She received a $500 secured bond.
  • Essence Kali Randolph, age 21, of Dogwood Lane in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license revoked. She received an $800 secured bond.
  • Carols Hernandez Calvillo, age 33, of Rollins Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for DWI and no operator's license. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Jose Luis Ambrocio, age 27, of Deer Park Resort Dr. in Nebo, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.

  • Jeffery Dwayne Hoyle, age 47, of Brooklyn Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for violation of a valid protective order. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Dereck Eugene Walker, age 41, of Jack Francis Rd. in Shelby, was arrested for larceny, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Adrienne Lea Newman, age 29, of Gene Walker Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
