  • Scott Deyton reported an incident of fraud.
  • Michelle Forbes reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests
  • Christopher Isaiah Whiteside, age 35, of Dogwood Lane in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for prescription forgery and non-payment of child support. He received a $5,300 secured bond.
  • Heather Ervin Jenkins, age 35, of Shuping Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for non-payment of child support and also charged with resisting arrest. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Beckie Renna Bright, age 36, of Baynard St. in Forest City, was served with a show cause order. No bond.
