Incidents

• An employee of Graham Town Community Center reported an incident of damage to property.
• An employee of the Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of child neglect.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of discharging a firearm inside city limits.
• Josh Cuthbertson reported an incident of larceny and breaking and entering into a motor vehicle.

Arrests

• Richard Ricardo Bradley, age 53, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
• Jerry Charles Kirby, age 51, of Trailwood Dr. in Forest City, was cited for larceny and also served with a criminal summons for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
• Christopher Mark Swink, age 32, of Parris Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for probation violation. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
• Allison Mae Craft, age 28, of N. Glenn St. in Ellenboro, was served with a criminal summons for second degree trespassing. No bond.
• Kevin Cody Willoughby, age 22, of Sterling Lane in Lake Lure, was arrested for larceny and breaking and entering into a motor vehicle. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
