Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine and possession of schedule VI.
  • Brian Hooks reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • An employee of McKinney Radiator reported an incident of worthless checks.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Foy Jones reported an incident of breaking and entering.
  • An employee of Dollar General reported an incident of shoplifting.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of shoplifting, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Lisa Albizo reported an incident of kidnapping.

Arrests
  • Anthony David Brown, age 35, of Groce St. in Forest City, was served with a show cause order. No bond.
  • Cecil Robert Bragg, age 53, of Georgia, was arrested for of possession of methamphetamine and possession of schedule VI. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Juan Antonio Villalia, age 59, of Utah St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault inflicting serious injury. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Joe Matthew Stanley Henson, age 19, of Stonecutter St. in Spindale, was cited for possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Richard Anthony Flynn, age 36, of Gun Club Rd. in Bostic, was cited for cruelty to animals. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Jordan Oneil Wright, age 27, of Emerald Hill in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female and assault inflicting serious injury with a minor present. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Raymond Harvey Farr, age 26, of E. Park Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested om warrants for breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and or entering and larceny. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Tiffany Lillian Petty, age 42, of Forest St. in Forest City, was cited for shoplifting. She received a written promise to appear.
