• Eva Wilson reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of found property.
• Michelle Flynn reported an incident of damage to property.
• An employee of European Auto Exchange reported an incident of a lost or stolen tag.
• An employee of the Town of Forest City reported an incident of tampering with a utility meter.
• An employee of the Town of Forest City reported an incident of tampering with a utility meter.

Arrests

• Beverly Blackwell Henson-Hick, age 59, of Hall St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons. No bond.
• Steven Brock McGinnis, age 37, of McGinnis Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while license revoked and no insurance. He received a $100 secured bond.
• Tabitha Caulder Tyson, age 39, of Laurinburg, NC, was arrested for driving while license revoked, fictitious tag and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 secured bond.
• Joseph Franklin Beam, age 46, of Old Caroleen Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply. He received a $300 secured bond.
