Park Square Fitness Center

Located just off mile 11.2 on the Thermal Belt Rail Trail, the Park Square Fitness Center offers a variety of LifeTrail equipment to exercise your upper body, lower body, core, and balance. It's the perfect way to get in a quick, full body workout before hitting the trail!

The Park Square fitness stations and gazebo swing were generously provided by the following families and organizations in appreciation of the citizens of Forest City: the North Carolina Parks and Recreation Trust Fund, Drop-In Food Stores, Major Lee’s, Main Street Insurance Group, Smith’s Drugs, the Matthew Pannell Shining Star Foundation, the Lee and Mary Harrill family and the John and Jade Harrill family.
