Incidents
  • An employee of Monarch reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle. (See arrest of Howell)
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of DWI, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, aid and abet DWI, possession of an open container, driving while license revoked and reckless driving. (See arrests of Tomlinson and Gamble)
  • An employee of Candy & Company reported an incident of damage to property and attempted larceny of a coin-operated device.
  • Lorraine Devenuto reported an incident of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle and larceny.
  • Joseph Amorello reported an incident of credit card fraud.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
  • Jeannine Mazziotta reported an incident of drug violations and non-assaultive child abuse.

Arrests
  • Lynal Gray, Jr., age 52, of First St. in Forest City, was served with a notice of hearing for parole and probation violations. No bond.
  • David Howard James, Jr., age 38, of Kent Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Mona Lisa Arrowood, age 41, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was served with a show cause order for failure to pay fines. No bond.
  • John Casey Gaizick, age 43, of Low Bridge Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for stoplight violation, resist, obstruct, and/or delay and driving while license revoked. He received a $6,000 secured bond.
  • Jeannine Mazziotta, age 36, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 secured bond.
  • Stephen Cody Howell, age 25, of Parkland Drive in Forest City, was arrested for larceny of a motor vehicle. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Natalie Alyssa Gamble, age 31, of Juniper Terrace in Forest City, was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and aid and abet DWI. She received a $2,000 secured bond.
  • Tiffany Deaton Tomlinson, age 35, of Barto Place in Shelby, was arrested for DWI, possession of an open container, driving while license revoked and reckless driving. She received a $6,000 unsecured bond.
  • Stacey Maurice Shade, age 48, of Willow Run Drive in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for possession of a firearm by a felon. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
  • Daniel Scott Greene, age 37, of Wells Dr. in Forest City, was served with a show cause order. No bond.
