Incidents

• Alicia McSwain reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering.
• Pamela Bradley reported an incident of simple assault.
• Ida Wood reported an incident of credit card fraud.
• Barbara Weathermon reported an incident of found property.

Arrests

• Lexis Seira Watson, age 16, of Ellenboro Henrietta Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $2,000 secured bond.
• Jackie Wayne Tilley Jr., age 38, of Siler City, NC, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Gabriel Torrez Robinson, age 21, of Beaver St. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
• Dusty Allen Herr, age 21, of Arlington St. in Forest City, was arrested for simple assault. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
