Arrests
  • Jessica Lynn Roberts, age 25, of Pine St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for assault and battery. No bond.
  • Kevin Dewayne Owens, age 46, of Dickey Lane in Texas, was arrested for DWI. He received a $300 secured bond.
