Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of trafficking heroin, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of forgery.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of larceny of motor fuel and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Andrew Philbeck reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of Hillside Car Wash reported an incident of breaking and entering into a coin operated machine.

Arrests

• Megan Michelle Givens, age 26, of JM Lovelace Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
• Robert Lee Myers, age 26, of Lake Houser Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for possession of schedule I, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $20,000 secured bond.
• William Mitchell Harrill, age 27, of S. Main St. in Bostic, was arrested for trafficking heroin, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule II. He received a $51,000 secured bond.
• Dillon Ryan Watts, age 27, of Bull Creek Rd. in Mars Hill, was arrested for larceny of motor fuel and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
• Tommy Allen Crawford, age 46, of Hudlow Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
