  • Gerald Kelly Adair, age 39, of Ohio St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for school attendance law violation. No bond.
  • Alicia Beth Adair, age 36, of Ohio St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for school attendance law violation. No bond.
  • Noel Nathaniel Reece, age 69, of Turning Leaf Lane in Mill Springs, was arrested for animal cruelty. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Maverick Lee Moore, age 60, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for failure to deliver an open title. No bond.
