Incidents

• Antionette Watkins reported an incident of breaking and entering and damage to property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired, possession of an open container in the passenger area and driving while license revoked.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of selling alcohol to an intoxicated person.
• Carrie Hunsucker reported an incident of damage to property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of malicious conduct by prisoner, possession of cocaine, communicating threats, resisting a public officer, assault on an officer and two counts of larceny.
• An employee of Cedar Village Mobile Homes reported an incident of vandalism.
• Ksenia Short reported an incident of stalking.
• Zachary McInnis reported an incident of larceny and obtaining property by false pretenses.

Arrests

• Gary Noal Lewis, age 28, of Mercury St. in Forest City, was arrested for resisting arrest. He received a written promise to appear.
• Amber Renea Jennings, age 18, of Sherrill St. in Forest City, was arrested for violation of a valid protective order. She received a 48 hour hold.
• Christopher Isaiah Whiteside, age 36, of Dogwood Lane in Forest City, was arrested for of malicious conduct by prisoner, possession of cocaine, communicating threats, resisting a public officer, assault on an officer and two counts of larceny. He received a $14,000 secured bond.
• James Michael Hollander, age 33, of Old Wagy Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for violation of a domestic violence protection order. He received a 48 hour hold.
• Harold Alexander Collins, Jr., age 31, of Marion, was arrested for driving while impaired, possession of an open container in the passenger area and driving while license revoked. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
