• Jesse Simmons reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of Lipscomb Signs reported an incident of breaking and entering to a vehicle, unauthorized use to a motor vehicle, larceny and littering.

Arrests

• Ammie Elane Clack, age 35, of E. Spruce St. in Forest City, was arrested for assault and battery. She received a $2,000 secured bond.
