Arrests
  • Brandon Eugene Branch, age 30, of Old Caroleen Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Ronnie Lee Wood, age 32, of Amber Le Acres in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for parole violation. He is being held without bond.
  • Thomas Ray Hice, age 28, of Coopertown Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Jesse Dean Burse, age 34, of Whiteside Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Pamela Lynn Lovelace, age 33, of Second St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for trespassing and also charged with second degree trespassing. She received a $1,000 secured bond.

  • Sarah Nicole Harris, age 27, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for identity theft. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Amber Nichole Bumgarner, age 33, of Corinth Church Rd. in Casar, was arrested for larceny, resisting a public officer and possession of counterfeit bills. She received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Brianna Samiya Edgerton, age 22, of N. Ridgecrest Ave. in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
