• Richard Bright reported an incident of damage to property.
• Samuel Dale reported an incident of larceny of a tag.
• Shane Earley reported an incident of fraud.
• Bill Short reported an incident of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle and larceny.

Arrests

• Ashley Taylor Flack, age 25, of Treasure Way in Rutherfordton, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear. She received a $6,000 secured bond.
• Robert Aldean Vanbuskirk, age 27, of Treasure Way in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
