• An employee of the Forest City ABC Store reported an incident of larceny and resisting a public officer. (See arrest of Bennett)
• An employee of Velasquez Auto Shop reported an incident of breaking and entering and damage to property.
• John Self reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses and receiving counterfeit bills.
• Jennifer Jarosiewicz reported an incident of damage to property.
• An employee of Tony's Auto Sales reported an incident of larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of counterfeit.
• Carolina Rojas reported an incident of damage to property.
• Sarene Holloway reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of Edward's Furniture & Appliances reported an incident of damage to property.
• Forrest Pritchard reported an incident of burning personal property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of flee to elude.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of underage consumption.

Arrests

• Douglas Berwin Bennett, age 49, of Third St. in Forest City, was arrested for habitual larceny and resisting a public officer. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Charles Edward Davis, age 44, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
