- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
- Sherri Ledford reported an incident of larceny of a dog.
- An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of counterfeit bills.
- Michelle Wortman reported an incident of breaking and entering.
- An employee of Forest City ABC Store reported an incident of larceny.
- Donna Buff reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.

Arrests
- Brandon John Sabins, age 25, of Wells Drive in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 unsecured bond.
- James Davonte Rankins, age 23, of Doggett Grove Road in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
- Shirley Jean Lawing, age 66, of Broken Limb Court in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond.
- Nicole Buchanan Effler, age 35, of Burma Rd in Marion, was arrested on outstanding warrants for four counts of failure to appear. She received a $17,000 secured bond.
- Anthony Joshua Williams, age 27, of Edwards Ext. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. He received a $4,000 secured bond.
- Ashley Sabrina Cole, age 25, of Tiney Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for filing a false police report. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
