Incidents

• Spencer Bradley reported an incident of damage to property.
• An employee of Burke Outlet reported an incident of Shoplifting and assault.
• An employee of Walmart reported an incident on Shoplifting.

Arrests

• Lisa Karen Hopper, age 45, of S Church St in Forest City, was arrested for Assault & Battery. She received a 48 hour hold.
• Thomas Douglas Wilson, age 66, of Big Springs Ave in Forest City, was arrested for Shoplifting and a True Bill of Indictment for Indecent Liberties. He received a $30,000 secured bond.
• Elbis Francisco Reyes, age 25, of Stoneway Dr in Forest City, was arrested for Second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
