• Joseph Atchley reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.
• An employee of Outback Auto Repair reported an incident of breaking and entering and damage to property.
• Rebecca Shell reported an incident of a dog bite.
• Tracy McDarin reported an incident of larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An employee of West Main Automotive reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny of a motor vehicle.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of discharging a firearm inside the city limits.
• Shannon Bishop reported an incident of assault on a female.
• James Hargett reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.

Arrests

• Wendy Ann Potter, age 37, of US Hwy 64 in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear
• Eder Lopez Tellez, age 23, of Hall St. in Forest City, was served with a show cause order. No bond.
• Ozzy Lee Lewis, age 34, of Morrow Motor Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Catherine Marie Thomas, age 29, of Pine St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear and larceny. She received a $500 secured bond.
• Tralvis Kyri Shaw, age 24, of Riverhills Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female and also served with a criminal summons for failure to return rental property. He received a 48 hour hold.
• Tyson O'Brien Murray, age 26, of Gail Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing and resisting a public officer. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
