Arrests
  • Amy Lee Willis, age 36, of Jonas Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $15,000 secured bond.
  • Terryl Nicholas Earley, age 37, of Grover Scruggs Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for possession of hydrocodone. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Sherri Renee Ledford, age 24, of N. Main St. in Bostic, was arrested for of possession of lorazepam and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Juana Francisca Murillo, age 55, of Harmon St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for simple assault. No bond.
  • Michael Glenn Bradley, age 61, of Hopewell Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Jeffrey James McGane, age 46, of Holbert Cabin Lane in Tryon, was arrested for driving under the influence. He received a custody release.
  • LaQuinton Obryan Foster, age 28, of Hamilton St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with assault on a female, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana and possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver cocaine. He received a $55,000 secured bond.
  • Anthony Hunter Swink, age 24, of Pixie Lane in Bostic, was served with a criminal summons for first degree trespassing. No bond.
  • Paul William Keeter, age 45, of Ramsey Rd. in Bostic, was arrested for violation of a valid domestic violence protection order. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Sarah Danielle Harper, age 35, of Bellvue St. in Forest City, was served with a show cause order. No bond.
  • Stephon Jamah Logan, age 29, of N. Ridgecrest Ave. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
