• Vanessa Henderson reported an incident of larceny of medication.

Arrests

• Jeffrey Thomas Avolese, age 27 of Melody Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
• Mary Catherine Levesque, age 42, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was cited for aid and abet second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
• Edward Andrew Gonzales, age 40, of Poplar St. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
