• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

• James Donald Dover, age 44, of Wyoming St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
• Myra Dawn Conner, age 35, of Old Wagy Rd. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
• Brandon Tyler Mitchell, age 22, of Dixie Trail Drive in Forest City, was cited for larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
