Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule II, possession of schedule VI, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule VI.

Arrests
  • Doyle Edward Bowen, age 43, of Greenfield Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Joshua Adam Barnes, age 27, of Wilkins St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule II, possession of schedule VI, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Clarence Christopher Quarles, age 26, of Edgewood Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $250 cash bond.
  • Tammy Dawn Rollins, age 35, of Utah St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule VI. She received a written promise to appear.
