Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule II.

Arrests
  • Andre Roshund Logan, age 40, of Thompson St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $20,000 secured bond.
  • Ralph Lee Hutchins, age 63, of North St. in Rutherfordton, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Trever Steel Suttles, age 23, of Brookside Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule II. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
