Incidents

  • An employee of the Town of Forest City reported an incident of vandalism.
  • Amanda Robertson reported an incident of damage to personal property.
  • John McBrayer reported an incident of damage to personal property.
  • Otis Suber reported an incident of breaking and entering.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine and warrant service.
  • An employee of Murphy USA reported an incident of larceny of motor fuel.

 

Arrests

  • Whitney Janel Byers, age 33, of Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with resisting a public officer. She received a $6,000 secured bond.
  • James Hayward Cash III, age 32, of Holland St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule III, schedule VI and drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Craig Thomas Braemer, age 57, of Hendersonville, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and four counts of failure to appear. He received a $37,800 secured bond.
  • Malachi Simmons, age 16, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
