  • Michael Billy Wray Holland, age 30, of McDaniel St in Forest City, was cited for tampering with utility meters. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Janie E Searcy, age 44, of Sherrill St in Forest City, was arrested for disorderly conduct. She received a written promise to appear.
