• An employee of the Town of Forest City reported an incident of Larceny and Tampering with a meter.
• Lisa Greene reported an incident of Fraud.
• Cheryl Craig reported an incident of Fraud.
• Laura Greene reported an incident of damage to property.
• An employee of B&D Thrift and Loan reported an incident of Obtaining Property by False Pretense.

Arrests

• Jennifer Edith Garrett, age 37, of Elizabeth Ave in Forest City, was arrested for disorderly conduct. She received a $500 secured bond.
• Amber Elizabeth Lee Jones, age 33, of McArthur St in Forest City, was cited for cruelty to animals. She received a written promise to appear.
• Jaquan Antwan Jones, age 26, of McArthur St in Forest City, was cited for cruelty to animals. He received a written promise to appear.
