Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Fraser)
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule IV, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and maintain a vehicle for controlled substance. Arrests
  • Crystal Hope Fraser, age 42, of Morningstar Lake Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Marcus Daniel Edwards, age 32, of Church St. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule IV, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and maintain a vehicle for controlled substance. He received a $4,500 secured bond.
