Incidents

• Ray Watkins reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

• Austin Ray Green, age 28, of Tate St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
• Timothy Loman Munsey, age 47, of Hillcrest Avenue in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. He received a $2,500 secured bond.
