  • Jason Bud Morrow, age 49, of WE Padgett Rd. in Forest City, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Amy Joy Huff, age 34, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons. No bond.
  • Jason Keith Tate, age 32, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons. No bond.
  • Jordan Oneil Wright, age 28, of E. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Sonya Levette Watkins, age 48, of Mountain View St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons. No bond.
