• An employee of Mighty Dollar reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of Ollie's Bargain Outlet reported an incident of vandalism.
• Jean Jones reported an incident of larceny of a dog.

Arrests

• Amanda Eleanore-Rose Mothershead, age 34, of Asheville, was cited for larceny and driving while license revoked. She received a written promise to appear.
• James Patrick Holbert, age 62, of Amity Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
• James Edward Allen, age 55, of Dunbar St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
