  • Stephenie Roxanne Toney, age 27, of Hurricane Hill Rd in Ellenboro, was arrested for Failure to Appear. She received a $1000 secured bond.
  • Thomas Michael Day, age 46, of Gaffney Hwy in Mooresboro, was cited for Larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Kenny Lamar Smith Jr, age 33, of Forest St in Forest City, was arrested for Resisting Arrest. He received a $3500 secured bond.

  • Erica Lavone Rankins, age 24, of Wells Dr in Forest City, was arrested for Assault & Battery. She received a written promise to appear.
