Incidents

• An employee of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of PWIMSD Sch VI, Possession of Schedule VI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Resisting Arrest.
• An employee of Walmart reported an incident of Larceny.

Arrests

• Dalona Desha Franklin, age 33, of Hardin Rd in Spindale, was arrested for DWI, DWLR, Fail to burn head lights. She received a written promise to appear.
• Paul Bennie Keeter, age 70, of Ramsey Rd in Bostic, was arrested for PWIMSD Sch VI and Resisting Arrest. He received a $5000 secured bond.
• Tiara Lakeeya Miller, age 33, of Horseshoe Dr in Forest City, was cited for Possession of Schedule VI and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
• Milly Elizabeth Giles, age 18, of Countrywood Dr in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
• Autumn Lea Marlow, age 40, of Kent Dr in Forest City, was served a criminal summons for First Degree Trespass. She received a written promise to appear.
• Kathy Willet McKinney, age 36, of Dunbar St in Forest City, was served a criminal summons for Assault & Battery. She received a written promise to appear.
• Ashley Louise McDowell, age 30, of Sherrill St in Forest City, was served a criminal summons for Second Degree Trespass. She received a written promise to appear.
• Antonio Quaitay Lynch, age 33, of Doggett Grove Rd in Forest City, was arrested for Failure to Appear. He received a $15,000 unsecured bond.
• Timothy Matthew Jacob Hice, age 32, of Cone St in Mooresboro, was arrested for larceny and damage to property. He received a $1000 unsecured bond.
