  • Kenlee Jane Conner, age 25, of Oakland Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $10,500 secured bond.
  • Ronald Calvin Locklear, age 50, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Justin Cole Finley, age 23, of Ballenger Rd. in Mooresboro, was cited for second degree trespassing. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Justin Cole Finley, age 23, of Ballenger Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Sarah Ann Muffley, age 22, of Goode Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for disorderly conduct. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
