Arrests
  • Andrea Toney Holland, age 27, of Hampton St. in Shelby, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Kali Nicole Alexander, age 28, of Coral Dr. in Bostic, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with possession with intent to manufacture /sell/deliver methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $2,550 secured bond.
  • Megan Lee Lussier, age 27, of S. Magnolia St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Carrie Anne D'Angelo, age 49, of S. Magnolia St. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Kevin Scott Davis, age 57, of Old Henrietta Rd. in Forest City, was cited for carrying a concealed weapon, driving while license revoked, no insurance, failure to stop for lights and sirens and revoked tag. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Roger McKaja Barnett, age 78, of Boss Moore Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested on a warrant for no operator's license. He received a $500 unsecured bond.
  • Eddie Floyd Dixon, age 41, of Smith St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $750 secured bond.
  • William Aaron Melton, age 26, of Nanneytown Rd. in Union Mills, was arrested for driving while impaired. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Timmy Jason Smith, age 38, of N. Meridan St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for violation of a valid domestic violence protection order. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Joshua Dewayne Arrowood, age 30, of Oak Grove Ch. Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
  • Kenlee Jane Conner, age 25, of Oakland Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply. She received a $220 secured bond.
