  • Elizabeth Dotson reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
  • An employee of Lipscomb Signs reported an incident of larceny.
  • Kathy Sutton reported an incident of an animal bite.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, larceny and second degree trespassing.
  • Charles Hutchins reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.

 

Arrests

  • Leshanda Leann Camp, age 38, of Rock Rd. in Rutherfordton, was served with a criminal summons for school law attendance violation. No bond.
  • Michael Teresa Tesseneer, age 20, of S. Main St. in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Hoyt Vernon Collins, Jr., age 58, of Spear St. in Mooresboro, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, larceny and second degree trespassing. He received a $25,000 secured bond.
