• Keanthony Lowrance reported an incident of assault.

• Donald Wilson reported an incident of lost property.

Arrests

• Robert Louis Sheppard Jr, age 42, of Duke St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.

• Star Giamattese Robinson, age 26, of Wells Dr. in Mooresboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay monies. She received a written promise to appear.
