Incidents

• An employee of Direct Care reported an incident of damage to property.
• An employee of Ingle's reported an incident of larceny. (See arrest of Barnes)
• Pablo Torrez reported an incident of larceny.
• Heather Martin reported an incident of damage to property.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and driving while license revoked. (See arrest of Burgess)

Arrests

• Casey Victoria Allen, age 23, of Poplar Springs Rd. in Boiling Springs, was arrested for disorderly conduct. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Joshua Adam Barnes, age 25, of Wilkins St. in Forest City, was cited for concealment of goods. He received a written promise to appear.
• Edward Andrew Gonzales, age 40, of Poplar St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for fail to comply with release order. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Joshua Tyler Burgess, age 27, of Ashley Rd. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana and driving while license revoked. He received a written promise to appear.
