Incidents

• Joseph Atchley reported an incident of identity theft.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule II, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrest of Toney)

Arrests

• Candace Meagan Toney, age 32, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule II, possession of schedule VI and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
