Incidents

• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of shoplifting.
• An employee of Shoe Show reported an incident of shoplifting.
• Lois Blair reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.

Arrests

• Adreanna Nicole Furr, age 21, of Asheville, NC, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
• Sara Lynn Toms, age 27, of Harris Henrietta Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with larceny. She received an $11,500 secured bond.
• Alvin Lee Vickers II, age 28, of Coney Island Rd. in Union Mills, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $9,000 secured bond.
• Melvin Letaj Cash, age 34, of Spruce Park in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $100 secured bond.
