• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of stolen property, larceny and second degree trespassing.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired.
• An employee of Logan's Barber Shop reported an incident of breaking and entering.
• Tracy Slye reported an incident of safe cracking.
• Larry Wilkerson reported an incident of assault and battery.
• An employee of Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
• Donnie Tessnear reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle with larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of larceny and possession of schedule IV.

Arrests

• Stevon Kristoff Wilkerson, age 17, of Roberson Rd. in Forest City, was cited for possession of alcohol by an underage person. He received a written promise to appear.
• Daniel Clyde Williams, age 38, of Hudlow Rd. in Union Mills, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
• Zachariah DaVine Hines, age 17, of Seitz Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen goods and carrying a concealed weapon. He received a $1,500 secured bond.
• Jaqualynn Angelique Bales Wilson, age 36, of WV Thompson Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for larceny. She received a $500 secured bond.
• Kenneth Ray Suttle, age 55, of Padgett Burns Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Ashley Nicole Crump, age 27, of Butler Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Leander Guy Morris, age 41, of Old Castle Lane in Forest City, was arrested for assault and battery. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• James Rodney Tilley Jr., age 42, of West St. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule IV and larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
• Chandra Sue Nierman, age 44, of Lake View Dr. in Forest City, was cited for violation of a concealed carry permit. She received a written promise to appear.
