Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• David Alvarez reported an incident of larceny.
• An employee of Speedway reported an incident of larceny.
• Melinda Judd reported an incident of forgery.

Arrests

• Demetrius Ian Smith, age 32, of Mooresville, was cited for possession marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
• Marcellus Rodriquez Murray, age 18, of Seitz Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also served with a criminal summons. He received a $500 secured bond.
