Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of obtain property by false pretense, possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule VI, possession of schedule II and possession schedule IV controlled substance. (See arrest of Godfrey)
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny. (See arrest of Moore)

Arrests

• Frank Boyd Godfrey, age 50, of US Hwy 221S in Forest City, was arrested for obtain property by false pretense, possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule VI, possession of schedule II and possession schedule IV controlled substance. He received a $50,000 secured bond.
• Amya Desante Moore, age 17, of Maryland Drive in Forest City, was arrested for larceny and resisting arrest. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
