Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of violation of the leash law.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.

Arrests

• Branda Leann Davis, age 42, of Amity Dr. in Forest City, was cited for violation of the leash law. She received a written promise to appear.
• Timothy Matthew Jacob Hice, age 32, of Cone St. in Mooresboro, was arrested for resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
