Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• James Smith reported an incident of damage to property and trespassing.
• Andy Terry reported an incident of a runaway juvenile.

Arrests

• Jesse Luke Couch, age 17, of Groce St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
• Jimmy Dean Couch, age 56, of Groce St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
