Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of consuming alcohol on an off premise location.
  • An employee of Game Stop reported an incident of larceny, obtaining property by false pretenses and trespassing.
  • Joseph Hudson reported an incident of breaking and entering and damage to property.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule II, possession of schedule IV, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Linda Jamison reported an incident of simple assault.
Arrests
  • Willie Jonathan Wayne Mode, age 35, of McSwain Rd. in Forest City, was cited for consuming alcohol on an off premise location. He received a written promise to appear.
