Incidents

  • An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II, possession of schedule IV, possession of schedule VI and warrant service.
  • Joy Turner reported an incident of larceny.
  • Carol Logan reported an incident of damage to property.

 

Arrests

  • Justin Thomas Kennedy, age 24, of Church St. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired, speeding and driving left of center. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Darris Rashad Jimerson, age 30, of Hamilton St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for three counts of failure to appear. He received a $75 secured bond.
  • Loranda Hardin Del Torro, age 36, of Freeman Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired, no operator’s license, reckless driving and hit and run. She received a custody release.
  • Stacy Rose Brackett, age 47, of Shelby, was served with a criminal summons for simple assault. No Bond.
  • Samantha Rachel Burdett, age 28, of Pea Ridge Rd. in Bostic, was arrested for impeding traffic. She received a custody release.
  • Chelsey Hope Rosser, age 27, of Candler, NC, was arrested on a true bill of indictment. She received a $20,000 unsecured bond.
