Incidents

  • An employee of El Milagro reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer and communicating threats.
  • Tevin Hamilton reported an incident of larceny of a firearm.
  • Joseph Lail reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession schedule IV and reckless driving.

 

Arrests

  • Akeil Kelis Omar Franklin, age 19, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule VI, resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer and also served with warrants for failure to appear, larceny of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon. He received a $30,000 secured bond.
  • Sherry Gail McAbee, age 49, of Forest City, was arrested for resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer and communicating threats. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Timothy Matthew Jacob Hice, age 33, of McArthur St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a 3,500 secured bond.
  • Kristen Leigh Ferguson, age 27, of Mtn. Springs Dr. in Bostic, was arrested for possession of schedule IV and reckless driving. She received a written promise to appear.
