Arrests
  • Christopher Dewayne Dover, age 30, of Hudlow Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrants for assault by strangulation and assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Donna Renee Bailey, age 49, of McArthur St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for assault and battery. No bond.
